Care thatputs you first

Expert hospice care that comes to you — at home, wherever home is.

When there's nothing left to cure,

there's still everything to care for.

We're here for the quiet days and the hard nights —
for the families who choose us, and the physicians who trust us.

Wherever home is,
our care comes to you.

A house, an apartment, a daughter's spare room, a room in assisted living. Our team travels — we never ask anyone to come to us.

Comfort and expertise,
from one devoted team.

Nurses, physicians, social workers and aides — coordinated around one person, and one family.

The same care we'd want
for our own family.

Every person on our team was chosen for how they are in someone's home on a hard day.

How do you know
when it's time?

There's rarely one clear moment. But there are signs families notice — often before anyone says the word hospice out loud.

  • More trips to the hospital or the emergency room
  • Needing help with dressing, bathing, eating or moving
  • Losing weight without trying
  • Short of breath, even sitting still
  • Falls, or unsteadiness getting around
  • Treatment that no longer seems to be working — or no longer feels worth it

You don't need a doctor's referral to ask. Anyone can call — a patient, a family member, or a physician. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Starting care is simpler than most families expect.

What does
hospice cost?

For most families, nothing.

Hospice care is fully covered by the Medicare Hospice Benefit — visits, medications related to the diagnosis, equipment and supplies. Medicaid, the VA and most private insurance cover it too. We check your coverage before anything begins, and tell you plainly if anything falls outside it.

Questions
families ask us

If yours isn't here, call. There's no wrong question, and no obligation.

Is choosing hospice giving up?

No. It's choosing where to put the effort — into comfort, into time together, into being at home instead of in a hospital. Many families tell us their person was more themselves in hospice care than they'd been in months.

What does hospice actually cost us?

For most families, nothing. Hospice is fully covered by the Medicare Hospice Benefit, and by Medicaid, the VA and most private insurance.

Can we keep our own doctor?

Yes. Your physician can stay the attending doctor, and our medical director works alongside them.

What if my parent lives in assisted living?

We come to them. Our team travels to wherever someone lives — a house, an apartment, or a room in an assisted-living community.

How quickly can care start?

Usually within 24 hours of your call, and often the same day.

Can we change our minds and stop hospice?

Yes, at any time. You can return to curative treatment, or come back to us later. Nothing about this is a one-way door.

Someone is here,
whenever you need us.

Call any time, day or night, to talk it through with someone who can help.
