Medical Management

Your own doctor stays part of this. Our medical director works alongside them, and steps in when they are unavailable.

What this looks like.

  • Your attending physician keeps their role, and approves the plan of care
  • Our medical director reviews and authorizes that plan with them
  • If your regular physician is unavailable, ours can serve in that role
  • Symptom and pain management directed by physicians who do this daily
  • Medication orders, adjustments and reviews as the illness moves
  • Certifying and recertifying eligibility, so coverage is never interrupted
  • Regular communication back to the referring physician

We honor the relationship you already have.

Families worry that hospice means leaving their doctor behind. It does not. The physician who has known your parent for years stays in the picture.
