Your own doctor stays part of this. Our medical director works alongside them, and steps in when they are unavailable.
What this looks like.
- Your attending physician keeps their role, and approves the plan of care
- Our medical director reviews and authorizes that plan with them
- If your regular physician is unavailable, ours can serve in that role
- Symptom and pain management directed by physicians who do this daily
- Medication orders, adjustments and reviews as the illness moves
- Certifying and recertifying eligibility, so coverage is never interrupted
- Regular communication back to the referring physician
We honor the relationship you already have.
